1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("Client," "you," or "your") and Scale Lab SEO ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all aspects of these Terms, do not use our services.

2. Services Description

Scale Lab SEO provides search engine optimization and content generation services. Services are described on our website and in your service agreement. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with notice.

3. Billing and Payment

3.1 Billing Cycle

Your service is billed on a monthly cycle. Articles and content are generated one month in advance of your billing cycle.

3.2 Payment Terms

You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for your monthly subscription fees. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services.

3.3 No Refunds

THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS ON PAYMENTS MADE TO DATE. All payments are final and non-refundable, regardless of circumstances.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing hello@scalelabseo.com.

4.2 Cancellation Notice Period

You must provide notice of cancellation at least 30 days prior to your next scheduled billing date. Because articles and content are generated one month in advance, a 30-day notice period is required to prevent charges for the subsequent billing cycle.

4.3 Late Cancellation Charges

If you cancel within 29 days of your next billing date, your credit card will be charged for the subsequent month's services. No charges will be applied to any billing period after that. Once charged, no refunds will be issued for this month.

4.4 Failure to Cancel

If you fail to cancel prior to your billing date, your payment method will be charged for the next month's services. There are no refunds for charges incurred due to failure to timely cancel. It is your responsibility to ensure timely cancellation.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

5.1 No Guarantees of Results

WE MAKE NO GUARANTEES OF RESULTS. Search engine optimization and digital marketing results are not guaranteed and are subject to numerous factors beyond our control, including search engine algorithms, competition, market conditions, and the quality of your website and content.

5.2 Results Vary

Results vary significantly based on industry, competition level, website quality, existing backlink profile, technical SEO implementation, and numerous other variables. Past results do not indicate future performance.

5.3 As-Is Basis

Our services are provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Scale Lab SEO be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to damages for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, arising from or in connection with your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

All content, materials, designs, and tools used in connection with our services are the property of Scale Lab SEO or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without our prior written consent.

8. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information and maintaining updated contact details
• Reviewing our recommendations and implementing changes as appropriate
• Ensuring compliance with search engine guidelines and applicable laws
• Maintaining timely payment of fees
• Managing your account login credentials securely

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Engage in any activity that violates search engine guidelines
• Attempt to reverse engineer or bypass our security measures
• Use our services for illegal purposes
• Harass, abuse, or threaten our employees

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your account and services at any time, with or without cause, upon written notice. Termination does not entitle you to refunds of any amounts paid.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We will provide notice of material changes.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Scale Lab SEO, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or violation of any applicable laws.
